The River State police command is not taking chances with recalcitrants who have made it their purpose to defy lockdown rule.
According to naijapals.com, River State police have arrested and jailed 100 people who defied the lockdown curfew. Offenders who pleaded guilty were fined N10,000 whilst those who pleaded not guilty were released on bail in the tune of N100,000 with two sureties.

This act of being arrested and fined has been lauded by many since it is better than assaulting the citizens.
