Former Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Joseph Yamin says it would be an honor to be picked by former President John Mahama as his running mate for the 2020 general elections.
He said this during an interview with Gideon Okyere Anim(Gattuso) on All Sports on Accra-based Kingdom FM.

‘’Let’s have time and wait for Mahama’s running mate but it will be an honor to be Mahama’s running mate, Ghanaians are finding it difficult to make ends meet due to the hard economic policies of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP),” he added
‘’If they call me and nominate me and I will pass the criteria, I definitely will accept it.”
He said his party is aware of the arduous task ahead but was positive that it was surmountable with hard work and a good campaign message.

Describing the government as a sinking ship, President Nana Akufo-Addo’s main political rival said, the opposition NDC also feels the suffering of ordinary Ghanaians.
Former Bank of Ghana Governor Dr. Kwabena Duffour, Hon. Zenator Rawlings have tipped as possible candidates for the running mate slot of the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] ahead of the 2020 December 7 polls.
