Renowned Nigerian author, Reno Omokri has shared his thoughts about an Igbo man becoming the president of Nigeria in 2023.
There have been calls for an Igbo president and with the next election happening in 2023, many Nigerians are relishing the moment an Igbo will ascend the highest office.
It is from this that the former Nigerian presidential aide is sharing his thought about the subject which has been a topic of discussion for some time now.
According to him, if Igbos don’t become united, it would be pointless on their part to think they would be an Igbo president in 2023.
Taking to his Twitter handle, he said;
“When @PeterObi became Anambra Governor, Anambra was #26 in WAEC result. After 8 years, Anambra became #1. He was a model Governor. Yet, when he ran, his own Governor,
@WillieMObiano worked against him. Without Igbo unity, Igbo presidency will be a futility!”
