The biggest awarding scheme in Ghana Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) last week Saturday 18th May 2019 had a very beautiful start but nearly collapsed during the peak of the program.
With the benefit of our readers, we would take you back a bit to refresh our minds what really happened at the just ended VGMA,s.
The pandemonium all started when the most envying (Reggae dance-hall artiste) award was to be announced.
Well, Stonebwoy who really deserved the award name was called out. A minute after his name was mentioned for him to climb up stage to say hi to his fans, surprisingly, Shatta Wale and his crew followed Stonebwoy on the stage.
Lo and behold, exchange of blows followed which in a video ghgossip chanced on saw manager of Stonebwoy Blakk Cedi punching someone in the crowd.
In some few minutes the Bhim Nation president Stonebwoy pulled a gun in the midst of the crowded stage.
Ghgossip.com have compiled 5 reasons Charterhouse the organizers of the awards could have done to prevent the pandemonium that erupted.
#1 Inadequate Security
Anticipation is always the best friend to walk with to avoid using the phrase ‘had I know is always at last’.
Apparently, fans who stormed the dome to witness what really transpired have said a lot about the security arrangement during the night. According to them, the security was not enough for such an astronomical program.
We write to second them because, if the security arrangement was huge enough, the brawl couldn’t have grounded the program to about 30 minutes halt.
