50 Cent is starting the new year on a promising note. The rapper and actor has reportedly landed a shot on the big screen in an upcoming crime thriller dubbed Den of thieves. Sources say the movie is identical to a 1995 movie called Heat produced by Robert DeNiro.
Den of Thieves will be directed by Christian Gudegast and potrays a group of police officers within the L.A. County’s Department as they attempt to track down the state’s most notorious robbery crew before they raid the Federal Reserve Bank of downtown L.A.
The Get Rich Or Die Trying rapper will predictably be given a bad boy role in the movie which has not been given an official release date yet.
50 Cent was previously part of Power TV series and has to quit because their production was snubbed in the Golden Globe Academy Awards.
