Ghanaia Immigration officers have arrested over 66 Ivorians for illegally registered for the new voter’s ID card.

This event took place at Bono in the Eastern region where the Ivorians claim they were brought into the country by a Ghanaian to register under the influence that they could use that to come into the country whenever they want.
It is not clear how the Ivorians outwitted the EC officials to register them when they are not citizens of the country.
