Ezzeldin Bahader has set a new world record. The oldest player in the history of football, has signed for a third tier team in Egypt. His move to the Giza based team makes him the oldest player to have ever played football at age 75.
The Egyptian Football Association announced on Tuesday that:
“Today, the Egyptian Football Association has registered the oldest professional player in the world during the current winter transfer period. He is 75-year-old Ezzeldin, who signed for 6 October in the third division “
The FA added that:
” He is preparing to enter the Guinness World Encyclopaedia of records as he begins his participation with his club.”
Is this man really fit to play football at this age?
