A Twitter user identified as Xichavo has taken to her Twitter page to share a story of her ex-boyfriend and his monthly salary.
According to the lady, she broke up with her ex-boyfriend after she saw his payslip. She revealed that after seeing the payslip of her ex-boyfriend, she realized that she could pay about four times his monthly salary. Xichavo stated that she tried staying in the relationship but failed. She has warned men to hide their payslips from their women.

According to the lady, she didn’t realize her man was broke because she didn’t asked for anything from him while dating. Xichavo says she is an independent woman and does not demand from men she dates. She disclosed how she has been paying for bills when she invites her man to go on a date.
Disclosing why she left, she stated that she felt her ex-boyfriend was relaxed with the peanut he was receiving as salary. He was not interested in engaging in other part-time jobs that could help him gain enough.

“There’s this guy I once dated two years, I saw his payslip, realized I could pay him his monthly salary 4 times a month. I tried to stay in the relationship but I failed, MEN HIDE YOUR PAYSLIPS.”
“The reason I didn’t realize he was broke for that long is that I never asked him for a cent, I am a woman who does everything for herself financial side like if I come to your house, I want us to go out, I pay for it. I see a shortage in the house, I buy, that’s how the woman who raised me did most of the things.”

“I never saw my grandma going to grandpa and ask for money because electricity is running out. She’d just buy, when grandpa gives her money, she’ll take, but whatever is needed, if it is not enough, she adds.”
“There was never a time in the house where we came to see that grandma had a salary greater than that of grandpa. Finances never brought any difference between the two. That’s how I am the reason I left is not merely the amount on that payslip. But then, why would he just relax with that.”
“I mean, no side hustle nothing! I have way too many goals and dreams to date someone who gets paid a salary and feel it is enough for those who don’t know, I started hustling when I was in primary, I’d go to the bush with friends, get the grass they use for roofs, and sell that, buy wool, and knit skirts for myself. I remember in grade ten, I started selling snacks from pocket money.
“They gave me at home, honestly, I don’t see myself marrying a person that wakes up on a Saturday and Sunday, and does nothing with their lives, while they don’t have enough.”
