Veteran musician and dancer, Dorcas Opoku Dakwa otherwise known as Abrewa Nana says she has not received anything as royalties from GHAMRO.
According to the songwriter, she has since the presidency of Obuor as the head of MUSIGA not stepped foot at their premises.
She cited that, Bob Marley and a host of others have been dead for decades yet their families have continued to enjoy monies from the work they did whilst alive.
Speaking to SVTV Africa, she said:
“Bob Marley is dead and gone but his family receive money from his music frequently, meanwhile we are alive yet we don’t receive even a pesewa from our music.”
