Information reaching ghgossip.com reveals that the student of Accra Girls Senior High School is embarking on a demonstrati on against the authorities over recorded cases of covid19 in their territory.
The students are panicking over the reports of covid19 cases on campus and they are demanding to go home.
Live feed from Accra FM suggested that some students said they have been seeing ambulances moving up and down to pick up the suspected covid19 patients.
The students disclosed that the authorities have refused to brief them on the situation despite the movement of ambulances on their campus and this has caused fear and eventually sparked the protest.
During the live feed, the students could be heard screaming ‘we’re going home’ and the only protocol they are observing as they protest is the wearing of a nose mask.
Last Monday it was reported that six of the students in Accra Senior High School have tested positive for the virus.
