The Member of Parliament for Adansi Fomena Constituency Lawyer Andrew Amoako Asiamah, on Friday cut sod for the construction of an ultra-modern Police Station in Akrokerri.
The lawmaker held a town-hall meeting at his constituency for the sod cutting.
According to the Member of Parliament, the Station when constructed will help improve security in communities such as Akrokerri, Sampakrom, Bobriase and its environs.
He took the opportunity to explain the Akufo-Addo’s government policies to the people and also highlighted on projects that the government is undertaking in the area through his efforts.
Mr. Amoako Asiamah further took turns to answer questions bothering on Health, Road Construction, Education, Provision of Toilet facilities and other Economic challenges from chiefs and people in the area and assured them he would work assiduously to ensure the development of the constituency in all aspects.
