Ghanaian Telecommunication network AirtelTigo gave a customer a very resounding reaction after the customer earlier trolled them.

The troll was pertaining to their 4G browsing network.

What Does 4G Mean?

The term 4G stands for ‘fourth generation’ and refers to a mobile network technology that enables 4G compatible phones to connect to the internet faster than ever before. In the UK, 4G launched in 2012. Right now, the number of smartphone users who use 4G is dwarfed by its forerunner 3G.7 Fab, 2018.

AirtelTigo in its first post indicated that it is undergoing network modernization to enable customers to enjoy their better services.

“Thanks for reaching us. Please be informed that we are currently undergoing a network modernization upgrade in all parts of Ghana to enhanced voice quality, faster internet speed, and wider coverage. However, kindly DM your number and location for checks,”

 – AirtelTigo tweeted.

Then the Twitter user replied with the jab;

“A network that hasn’t upgraded to 4G, is that one too a network??????”

Immediately, AirtelTigo also replied kindly with;

“Thanks for reaching out. Kindly be informed our network service is 3.75G and we are here to give you the best of this experience. Customers will be notified when 4G is available.”

This is the most kind reply to a jab ever on the internet. It is probably because they are scared of losing a customer.
