This comment from the radio presenter comes after the Accra Circuit court sentenced Rosemond Brown also known as Akuapem Poloo to a 90-days jail term. Akuapem Poloo was found guilty and was charged with domestic violence and the publication of obscene materials on social media.

Rosemond Brown also known as Akuapem Poloo caused a stir on social media after shared a photo of herself and her son naked. She posted the photo to celebrate his s on’s birthday in June 2020. After the photo went viral, social media users subjected the video vixen to a serious backlash. Akuapem Poloo was petitioned by the child rights organization who later sued her.

The case was settled on Friday, April 16th where Rosemond Brown was sentenced to 90 days in prison by Her Ladyship, Christiana Cann who was the judge who sat on the case of Akuapem Poloo. She also stated that the issue of Akuapem Poloo will serve as a deterrent to other citizens on social media who take the laws for granted.

Christiana Cann said that one should be cautious when sharing anything in the public space because when one is brought before the court, he/she will not be spared.

After the sentence of Akuapem Poloo, most social media users have sympathized with the actress and have reached out to the family. However, radio presenter Mike Two says Rosemond Brown should have been given a three-year sentence.
