President Akufo-Addo has today cut the sod for the construction of a new 400-bed Maternity and Gynaecological Centre for the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
In write – up on his official Facebook page ,he said,
“On Tuesday, 11th August 2020, I cut the sod for the construction of a new 400-bed Maternity and Gynaecological Centre for the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, which is to be constructed at a cost of 145.2 million euros. I also cut the sod for the construction of a 101-bed Urology and Nephrology at Korle-Bu, which will cost some 38 million euros”.
