The Communications Director for the opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has jabbed President Nana Addo that he can’t cancel his eminent defeat come 2020 during the general elections.

This comes after the President cancelled the December 17 referendum which was seeking to amend some part of the 1992 constitution.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, the President had to cancel the referendum because he feared getting defeated but he cannot cancel his impending defeat come 2020 general election.

In a recent submission, he said;

“Mr. President, you can cancel the December 17 referendum for fear of defeat, but you cannot cancel the impending defeat that awaits you on December 7th 2020.”
