The founder and leader of International God’s Way Church (IGWC) Bishop Daniel Obi Obinim is said to be seriously sick hence wasn’t able to appear before the court.
The man of God is facing trial for forgery and publication of false information and refused to appear before the Kaneshie Circuit Court.

When his case was called, his lawyer who is known as Louis Yiadom Aboagye told the Judge, Rosemond Dodua Agyiri that the popular man of God is seriously sick.
He explained that Angel Obinim was ready to move from Kumasi which is his main base to Accra but he later changed his decision after he felt sick.
After the explanation of Lawyers Louis, the judge accepted it and adjourned the case to the new date.

However, after the first hearing, Angel Obinim pleaded not guilty to the charges which were leveled against him
