Lord Kenya says any man of God who sells oil, soap, water, handkerchiefs, etc. in his church is not from God but sees it as purely business. In an interview with Luv FM’s Anita Kuma on Showbiz Xtra, he said he could have made millions out of his ministry if he had probably named his popular songs after anointing oils, e.g. Sika Mpo Fa Neho Oil, Mr. P.O.P water, Driver Susukɔ Handkerchief and sold t hem to congregants, but he did not see the need.

Lord Kenya was of this opinion as a result of people labeling him as a false man of God and further attempting to pitch him against Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong. According to him, Kennedy Agyapong ‘s fraudulent Pastors expose is something he has been doing for the past five years, but neither the media nor the Christian Council has ever highlighted it.
He also made claims that he did so much during his 10 years of evangelism, but it was never emphasized as well. “Check out Nhyira FM, I said this on record. Pastors are sitting in the studios, paying people to call into fake prophecies and sicknesses. As I sit in my car listening to them in amazement, I just say to myself that these people must be crazy”. He said. “I began talking about all these false prophets and their prophecies.

Three years later, God began to disclose things to me through his own wisdom, telling me it would come to a time when people would take chains, canes, and pistols to go to church and tell God’s men that they are not men of God,” he pointed out Lord Kenya observed these men of God are taking advantage and bullying people, unfortunately, nobody has listened to him on these matters. He claims that by getting these false prophets out, Honorable Kennedy Agyapong has gotten to that point.
