According to him, the two brothers who have played and defended the name of Ghana through football are still committed to the Black Stars and will continue to give their all to elevate the flag of Ghana.
This comes after some local news networks rumored that the two brothers have decided to give up on the national team on the account that they are being charged with some allegations following Ghana’s early exit from the ongoing African Cup of Nations.
Fiifi Tackie taking to his Twitter page wrote; “Andrè and Jordan Ayew are still very committed to the Black Stars team as they have always been.”
“They will keep donning the Black Stars jersey to represent Ghana and give the team their very best on and off the pitch, as always. We just got off the phone,” he added.
This also comes shortly after Dede Ayew was spotted sprinkling white powder on the football pitch before a game commenced. Many believed that the footballer might be using some black magic to play football as he is being subjected to harsh criticism on social media.
