Spanish football giants, Barcelona have duly dispatched Ghanaian international attacker, Kevin Prince Boateng after his unproductive 6-month loan spell at the Spanish club.
The internet came to a standstill after news about his move to Barcelona came out. Many Ghanaians and other football lovers saw this as a great move for him to revive his ‘ailing’ career but expectations were not met.
The deal was a 6 month loan deal with an option to make it permanent but after this bad spell, the deal has been cut short.
He had very limited appearances coupled with no goal and assist. However, during this short spell at Barcelona, Kevin Prince Boateng won a League Title, which is his second in his career after winning one with AC Milan in 2010/11.
