Bayern Munich have won their fourth trophy in 2020 after they clinched the UEFA Super Cup on Thursday night after beating Sevilla.
The German champions won the entertaining encounter 2-1 after extra time. Sevilla shot in front when Lucas Ocampos scored a no-look penalty early in the first half.
But Bayern levelled through Leon Goretzka. Both teams failed to take their chances to win in the second half. Javi Martinez headed into the net in the first half of extra time to secure the trophy for Bayern.
Bayern have now won German league, German Cup, Champions League and Super Cup in 2020. They can finish the year with six trophies as they have German Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup to compete for.
