Vee prevented Neo from touching her because she asked him to one thing for her and he failed to do it.
The two have been the biggest highlight of the show since they begun dating in the Big Brother house. Due to their wonderful love life in the show, most viwers prefer them given more time than others. One of their moments which has gone viral since it was shared on social media was when Vee got mad at Neo for failing to help her down there.
From the Video, Vee was displeased with Neo’s actions and didn’t want to speak with him or let him touch her because she had an itch down there which she asked him to scratch it for her but he refused.
