Counsel for Bishop Obinim, Lawyer Poku-Adusei in an interview with GhanaWeb confirmed reports that the police personnel at the headquarters did everything to frustrate their efforts to meet the bail conditions.
His confirmation comes after some members of the pastor’s family had accused police personnel of trying to frustrate efforts to grant him bail.

Speaking on this matter, his lawyer said;
“The CID came up with all manner of requirements that are needless but eventually we met all the conditions and requirements requested and eventually the bail was executed around 3 pm this afternoon at the Kaneshie court and he has gone home.”
