Ghana star Andre Ayew registered his 15th league goal of the season in Swansea City’s 2-2 away draw against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night in the English Championship.
The 30-year-old Ghanaian scored from the spot to give the visitors a 2-1 lead at Nottinghamshire in the ongoing Championship game.
Sammy Ameobi scored twice to cancel Ayew and Rhian Brewster’s goals to snatch a point for the host in an entertaining 2-2 draw.
Swansea City are three points behind the sixth placed team in the Championship and must win their remaining two games to have any hopes of finishing in the top six this season.
Ayew is the top scorer for the former Premier League side with 15 goals and has a 21 goals involvement after providing six assists this term to add to his goals.
