According to news available to www.Ghgossip.com, armed robbers have attacked and robbed five gold dealers in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

The incident is said to have happened in a town called Motikrom in the Amanse South district of the Ashanti Region.

Sources say the armed men started shooting sporadically and shot two of the merchants who refused to surrender their products. According to sources, the robbers shot and wounded his leg and fired at the other one too.

The two victims of the gunshot wounds have been sent and admitted at the St. Martin’s Government hospital Manso Agroyesum where they are receiving treatment but it’s revealed that one of them might be amputated.

Shortly after, the police service arrived and combed the whole area before starting their preliminary investigation.
