Renowned sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano, Ole Gunnar Solskjær is no longer the manager of Manchester United.

According to him, the club would come out with an official statement concerning the development very soon.

He added that Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher will be interim managers until a new coach is appointed.

The journalist made this known in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.

The post reads;

“M anchester United board decision to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjær has been also approved by Glazer. It’s over. Red circle #MUFC

Official statement in place, mutual agreement reached to respect Ole and part ways.

Fletcher-Carrick now ready as interim solution if no instant solution is found.”

In an earlier post, Fabrizio confirmed that Carrick and Fletcher look set to take over the realms. The post reads;

“Manchester United working on compensation and written agreement with Ole Gunnar Solskjær. It’s gonna be ‘mutual agreement’ to part ways, as reported before. Solskjær will leave, it’s over. Red circle #MUFC
