He made this statement in his much-awaited speech in the midst of EndSARS as many people were anticipating a solidarity message from the president to the families of the victims that were killed by the security officers of the country.

It will be recalled that military men opened fire on peaceful protestors when they were singing the national anthem-singing and waving the Nigerian flags during #EndSARS protesters on Tuesday night.
Same time all lights went off and CCTV cameras were taken off at the Lekki Tollgate, Lagos, which was the major gathering ground for the protesters.
