Celebrated Ghanaian Kumawood actress, Portia Asare has labeled the building of a film village in Ghana to help the movie industry as a complete waste of time.
In her view, the government building a film village in Ghana is very unnecessary as she revealed this in a recent interview.
She bemoaned that filmmakers in the country need more theatres to showcase their movies and not a film village.
She further indicated that the name “Film Village” sounds very cool but it won’t be beneficial at the moment.
