Afrobeat singer Burna Boy’s mother and manager Bose Ogulu has celebrated her son as the winner of the Best Global Music Album category at the 2021 Grammy awards held on Sunday night.
Burna Boy beat fellow nominees Antibalas, Bebel Gilberto, Anoushka Shankar, and Tinariwen to win the Best Global Music Album category.
The Nigerian businesswoman better known as Mama Burna applauded her son on making her as a mother proud and putting Nigeria on the map.
The award coincided with the mothers day celebration so she made it known that the award her son has bagged is one of the best mothers day present any child could offer their mother.
