Few days ago, we elevated Davido’s status on our blog stating that his recent London show was a sold concert; practically every available space in the auditorium was filled to capacity.
However, new findings emerging indicate that the ‘IF’ hitmaker cannot boast of that credentials. UK media, Guardian and Nigeria-based music channel, Soundcity have all poured cold water on that report.
SoundCity in particular stated that his concert at the 02 Arena in London was ‘nearly’ sold out- so obviously you know what that means.
They revealed this via their Twitter handle where they also stated that the singer has now set his sight on replicating what he did in London in America.

The Davido O2 Arena concert which saw the appearance of Hollywood actor, Idris Elba and super model, Naomi Campbell, was also said to have not been a sold out concert by Russ Millions, an American rapper who performed at the event.
According to the rapper, the 20k capacity arena only got 17k guests.
