Mike Nyinaku, the Chief Executive Officer of dissolved bank ” Beige Bank ” has been arrested and remanded in police custody.
He will be held by the Ghana police force for a week.
His lawyers have had their bail application dismissed. The judge sitting on the case dismissed the bail bid because the prosecutors said investigations are ongoing.
His lawyers have stated that their client will follow the full process of the law court.
