Raymond Igbalode, also known as Hushpuppi was arrested on Wednesday, June 10 by the INTERPOL in the United Arab Emirates, and stated that EFCC is engaging with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) over fraud-related charges.

He and his other accomplices in Nigeria, Dubai and other countries allegedly defrauded the US of over $100 million meant for Native Americans in the battle against the coronavirus
pandemic.
Since his arrest, some Nigerians have created some memes for to him to worsen his plight for the fraudster that he is to the extent of digging for throwback photos that capture him hanging out with prominent Nigerians, from footballers to politicians.
Notable names seen in these photos are popular OAP, Daddy Freeze, Davido, Wizkid, Dino Melaye, and many others. Well, it doesn’t make sense that by merely associating himself with these people, it means they also enjoyed his fraud money but unfortunately, that what his detractors are saying.
