Nollywood actress and social advocate, Kate Henshaw was born on July 19, 1971, in Cross River State.

Kate is a Degree holder in Medical Microbiology at the School of Medical Lab Science, LUTH, Lagos and has a beautiful daughter.

The divorced mother is athletic and sporty as she loves to keep fit, and currently she does fitness coaching as hobby aside from her businesses and what Nigerians know her for, acting.

Kate Henshaw unbelievably has six packs like some men do after purposeful training for weeks and she does not hesitate to show off what she has achieve most at times to inspire other ladies.
