Cody Longo parents-American actor and musician, Cody Longo was born on March 4th, 1988 in Denver, Colorado in the United States of America.

Longo learned to play the piano at a young age by teaching himself because he comes from a family of artists and musicians. Along with performing and studying theater, he also began his acting career at an early age.

At the Denver Performing Arts Academy, Longo performed as Danny in Grease and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet.

Longo came to Los Angeles, California, after finishing high school to pursue performing. There, he also finished his studies in theater and psychology.

Longo performed the role of Fiyero in the Los Angeles production of the musical Wicked at the Pantages Theatre.

Longo played the dancer Eddie in the 2006 straight-to-video film Hip Hop Kidz: It’s a Beautiful Thing. The following year, he appeared as Dave in the Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and Nick Cannon-starrer Ball Don’t Lie.

Before the summer release of the fifth iteration of the Bring It On franchise, Bring It On: Fight to the Finish, Longo made a cameo on the TV program Medium in the role of Evan, Christina Milian’s love interest and arch nemesis’ brother.

Longo started his six-episode guest role as gymnast Nicky Russo on the ABC Family program Make It or Break It in December 2009. Longo made friends with his co-stars Nico Tortorella and Johnny Pacar, and the two of them formed the band Forever The Day the next year.

Together with his Fame co-star Kay Panabaker, Longo took over Joe Jonas’ role as Young Tommy Walker in the television series Brothers & Sisters in 2010. Longo’s role was hailed by TV Guide as one of the best flashback acting performances in recent memory.

Alongside Colin Hanks, Adrien Brody, and Michael Chiklis, Longo also starred in the independent film High School. In January 2010, the film had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.

Longo played Aaron in the 2011 television film Lovelives. He first featured on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, then made a few appearances as Tyler Josephson, Sela Ward’s son, on CSI: NY.

On February 13th of 2012, Forever The Day released their second EP, Letters of Letting Go. Longo played Mike Henderson in the psychological suspense film The Silent Thief, which also starred Toby Hemingway and Frances Fisher.

Forever The Day and Longo parted ways, and Longo joined Mirrorball Entertainment. On August 22, 2012, he released his first single, “Atmosphere,” which peaked at number three on the iTunes Pop Lists and debuted in the 2013 Top 100 Billboard Emerging Artists charts.

On the iTunes Top 100, “She Said,” which was released on February 26, 2013, peaked at number three. Prior to its spring premiere in theaters, Longo visited his home state of Colorado in the same month to promote his next film, Not Today.

In order to continue working on his music, Longo relocated to Nashville. In 2014, he released a remix of his song “Falling Into You” with B-Nice, and on June 23, 2015, he released his single “What Up Tho.”

In the 2016 film Drop It, about a rookie cop who shoots an innocent man, Longo portrayed Jack Rivers. Additionally, he played Quentin in two episodes of the ABC/CMT television program Nashville.

Rich Boy, Rich Girl was published in 2017. Longo portrays Andy Palazzo, a member of the Y generation who starts a relationship under false pretenses but ends up becoming all he or she had hoped they would be.

In March 2018, a few theaters screened B. Harrison Smith’s Death House. As one of two spies attempting to escape a house of horrors while being pursued by a horde of violent convicts, Longo plays Agent Jae Novak.

Longo’s most recent song, “Loud,” was released on May 11 and has received more than 60,000 Spotify streams.
