Rwandan president, Paul Kagame is doing everything in his power to make lives better for Rwandans in this pandemic period.
Rwanda is currently on lockdown with many people having little or no food to eat. Also, payment of utility bills has also been a problem for some since they can’t go out to work as they use to do.
Well, the President of Rwanda has launched a help program for the vulnerable who have hit with a massive financial crisis.
He has ordered for the door to door delivery of food items to Rwandans and has also scrapped utility bills.
He made this known in his last address stating that he will do everything within his power to see that the vulnerable is catered for in this time of economic hardship. True to his words, he has done it.
