The Government revealed on Saturday that the Eswatini cabinet has been urged to go into isolation following the positive COVID-19 test of one minister.

Ndlaluhlaza Ndwandwe, Minister of Public Works and Transport had contracted the deadly virus after a regular routine on Tuesday.

Sabelo Dlamini, government spokesperson said,

“Following this development, all cabinet members will isolate with immediate effect and work from home”

COVID-19 cases have spiked to 984 with a number of 13 deaths in the Southern African country.
