In addition, 771 new infection cases were registered, raising the total number of active cases to 7,754.
In total, 75,118 cases of the disease were recorded in Ghana, with a total recovery of 66,846.
In other news, a wild baboon has caused severe injuries to a 13-year-old after it broke out of its cage.
