The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced that the country recorded 643 new cases of the coronavirus.
From the reports, Oyo State recorded the highest number of cases for the day followed by Lagos State.

This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 140,391. Meanwhile, 114,635 patients have been released from various isolation centers and 1,673 people have died.
