Nigerian singer, Davido has returned to social media weeks after he announced his departure from the chaotic online platforms to ‘cleanse’ himself as he put it. But if you are a die-hard fan, don’t get your hopes high.
He has not come back to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. As a matter of fact, it was Cubana Priest who called him over the phone for a video chat during which they emitted beautiful friendship goals.
In the course of the conversaiton, the duo also enacted their version of the trending Don’t Leave Me challenge. ‘Don’t Leave Me’ challenge was tarted by Nigerian actor and comedian Josh Alfred, known online as Josh2funny. The trend simply involves people using puns and wordplay to fashion a joke, often woven around compound nouns.
