Nigerian singer D’banj has been alleged to have sued his r@pe accuser Sayitan N1.5 billion for defamation of character among other allegations.
D’banj and Sayitan have been dragging each other on social media after the latter accused the former of r@apping her.
D’banj who seems eager to prove his innocence has gone ahead to sue his r@pe accuser Sayitan for bringing shame to his name and defaming his character.
A post sighted online shows that the singer has given his accuser an automaton to pay an amount of N 1.5 billion to somehow prove his innocence.
