These men of God have decided to give us reasons to talk about them and in as much as this does not solely concern Pastor Chris and his ex-wife Anita, we believe as people perpetuating the gospel could have done so much better.
Pastor Chris’s daughter Sharon and her Ghanaian husband have had a second white wedding in the UK all in the name to satisfy and serve as an honour to Sharon’s mum Anita who could not come to the wedding.
This can basically be linked to the fact that Anita and Chris had a very bitter divorce and could not see eye to eye. Reports had it that Anita was banned from gracing the wedding in Nigeria hence the couple’s decision to honour her in the UK.
What some of us cannot come to terms with is the fact that, these people claim they are men of God and matured to the core, could they not have left their banal differences aside and just for the sake of their daughter and the most important day in her life endure each other for a while?
Men of God indeed!
