Few days ago, respected Nigerian disc jockey and record producer, Oluseye Desmond Sodamola, professionally called DJ Spinall blessed the airwaves with a tune tagged; “Palazzo”.
The masterpiece which was released on Friday, May 13, 2022 had vocal assistance from raving Nigerian Afropop and Afrobeat recording artiste, Ahmed Ololade, widely known as Asake.
‘Palazzo’ by the Pepsi brand ambassador, Spinall and the buzzing YBNL Nati on prodigy, Asake debuted on Apple Music Top 100 in several countries during its first week of release.

Well, the song which was released on May 13 alongside Burna Boy’s ‘Last Last’ and Davido’s ‘Stand Strong’ has today, Thursday, May 19, 2022 risen to the number one spot on Apple Music Top 100 Nigeria. Screenshot below.
Meanwhile; Renowned Nigerian record producer and songwriter, Samuel Oguachuba, professionally known as Samklef has praised Davido for promoting Nigeria.
The outstanding Nigerian producer and performing artiste has taken to his official social media page to applaud the ‘Assurance’ hit-maker for promoting the country through tourism.
This is coming after the DMW headline act, Davido hosted top American rap artiste, Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known by his stage name, DaBaby in Nigeria and also shoot a music video with him.
In a video Samklef shared on his verified Instagram page, he stated that, other Nigerian artists traveled to other nations to film music videos hence Davido is the only artist in Nigeria promoting tourism.
He added that, the Nigeria’s government has failed its citizens by not partnering with the proper people to promote tourism like Davido has been doing. “Davido is actually doing a lot of tourism for Nigeria. Respect to the king!”. See his post below.
