Popular Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has advised women to make the first move on a man they love instead of waiting for him to propose.
Speaking at an interview w ith BBC, Aisha Yesufu said, it is never unacceptable for a lady to propose to the man her heart yearns for. To her, it is natural and doesn’t change the art of love or marriage.

Recounting how she became a wife to one of the most prominent men in Nigeria, she made it known that she never dated during her youthful days until she met her man who she proposed love to him and married.
