Popular radio presenter, Dr Pounds is proposing a rap battle concert for Strongman and Medikal to settle their scores ultimately as to who remains the best. The pair have brought the Ghanaian social media landscape to a standstill after they ‘dirtied’ themselves with four quick diss songs- two apiece within 48-hours over the weekend.
On Sunday morning, Medikal hit back with a sequel to his first diss song aimed at Strongman titled, ‘Last Burial which threw social media into a state of pandemonium as excited Hiphop/Hiplife fans dissected the song and offered their two cents to the ongoing lyrical war.
MDK added first dropped a diss song titled, ‘To Whom It May Concern’ aimed at all Ghanaian rappers (except Sarkodie and Criss Waddle- he made it clear at the tail end of the song) on June 21 and he used vulgar words to describe all those who did not agree with him for saying he saved the dying rap genre 4-years ago.
Strongman hit back with a reply dubbed, ‘Don’t Try’ for claiming supremacy in the rap-sphere by saying he has been the saviour of rap music four years when it was within a whisker from the jaws of death.
To this end, Dr Pounds is proposing that investors should support him to organize a mega concert for the two rappers so one person earns the bragging right for good.
