Dr Sonnie Badu Gifts Himself A New Car With A Customized 'Lion' Number Plate

US based Ghanaian Gospel musician Dr Sonnie Babu has gifted himself a brand new car with a customized ‘Lion’ number plate.

This comes after the renowned minister of God faced a heavy backlash from social media users and some Ghanaians after revealing he has acquired a doctorate degree among other academic achievements for himself in just four months.

Social media users begun to wonder how the ‘Baba’ hit maker could acquired these academics achievements within the shortest time of 4 months whiles it takes years for others to even get a ‘masters’ degree.

The singer in response to these criticisms stated his critics don’t understand the works of ‘Grace’ when its upon someone. He added they are envious of him and his academic excellence that’s why they talking about him like that describing them at ‘frogs who are envious of a lion’.

He describing himself as a lion and his critics as frogs fuel the conversation on micro blogging site Twitter as netizens aimed at tearing him apart on the social media platform. He also took the opportunity to launched his t-shirts with the inscription ‘Lions over Frogs’ printed in front and sold to $100.

Well, to reaffirm his status as a ‘Lion’, the head pastor of Rock Hill Church in Atlanta, USA has bought for himself a brand new car and has customized his number plate with his newly acquired name ‘LION’.
