Ghanaian popular con artist, Dr. Kwame Fodjour, better known as Dr. UN has recounted when he was arrested in October following his Award scheme saga.
In October, the self-acclaimed United Nations Global Ambassador was arrested at Kumasi based Hello FM when touring in the city.

After we reported about his arrest, a video surfaced online as he was seen locked up but smiling as if nothing has happened.
People raised a lot of questions about whether he’s having a mental problem because it’s unthinkable how he was busted but still smiling.
