Member of the legal counsel for the second respondent Lawyer Oppong Nkrumah has asked the legal counsel of the petitioner to produce evidence.
According to Lawyer Oppong Nkrumah the incumbent president won the votes with over 500k in addition to the 50%.
He furthermore stated that the petitioner needs to prove exhibit in line with what the Electoral Commission has.

They have to provide 38k pink sheets, 275 constituency results or 16 regional sheets to back their case.
In a statement he said
This case is still simple. If you say no one won, prove same through your witnesses. It’s either 38k pink sheets, 275 constituency results or 16 regional sheets. President Akufo-Addo won with over 500k votes”- Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.
