Following the intense protests against the unfair murder of George Floyd by the Police Officers in Minnesota and other unjust murders of Black people in the US, the Freedom Movement has united the global community in taking a stand against the discriminative injustice and abuse of Black people and Africans worldwide.
The founder of the Freedom Movement from the New Africa Foundation, a visionary, nation builder, industrialist, Freedom Jacob Caesar stated “I am urging the world’s nations including China and the United States to end the brutality against black people. These murders and abuses at the hands of police and white supremacists are crimes against humanity. The Freedom Movement is working closely with relevant black organizations and the Africa Union (AU) to have this issue brought before the International Court of Justice at the United Nations as Human Rights Abuses. Although many Africans leaders have remained silent about these injustices, as a Black man, an African and a global citizen, I must stand up for my people and demand equality and justice for them wherever they are in the world”.
The Freedom Movement supports the unification and advancement of Africans and black people around the globe.
The Freedom Movement helped thousands of African families with food and relief items. Lately, they sought for African unity by connecting the religions of Islam and Christianity in Africa, and brought awareness to the abuse of Africans in China and requested an apology from Chinese leaders.
The Rising Freedom Jacob Caesar raised a courageous voice of African unity and vision for a new Black and African empowered generation.
