#EndSARS protesters in Nigeria have reportedly set up an online radio, Soro Soke, a few days after some of them were attacked by thugs, killing a few.
‘Soro Soke’ which means ‘speak up’ in the Yoruba language is the name given to the online radio with the main motive of coordinating #EndSARS protests nationwide through effective and timely information dissemination.
The online radio station has called for submission of songs that propagate the call for an end on police brutality.
The Twitter handle of the station, @Sorosoke247, reads,
“24/7 update on all things protest. We are for a better nation powered by value for life and good governance.”
