Actress Eucharia Anunobi has berated those who build palatial houses in their villages asking whether that is not an act of foolishness on their part to build such expensive houses where they don’t stay.
Most people are fond of putting up a huge and expensive building in their villages but the sad part of it all is that they hardly stay in the house as they usually visit the village once in a while and Eucharia Anunobi has berated them over that.
According to her, it’s foolishness on their part to put up such buildings in their villages where they hardly stay instead of them getting land and building estates for rent making it affordable for people to be able to rent, and that will even help humanity too.
Eucharia Anunobi then stated that, if you think you have so much money that you don’t know what to do with it, just help humanity with it by building an estate for rent and reducing the rent to the extent that almost everyone can afford and not misuse it on a building in the village where you hardly stay.

Adding that you just need to put up something moderate and beautiful in the village since no one is going to stay there. Even though Eucharia Anunobi is right, some people disagree with her asking whether she’s the one going to tell them how to use their money or the kind of house they should build in their village.
Why build monumental monuments as village homes that you don’t live in regularly but visit once or twice a year, and where you may not even retire to , or even if you eventually retire to it , it’s manageability becomes a big problem.
Why don’t you rather invest in building estates and provide affordable housing for humanity ‼️❗‼️
