The American born Nigerian has surprised fans with pictures of his controversial Banana Island costing $1.5 million.
He named the luxury house after Giuliano De Medici. The house possesses all the modern architectural designs and blueprints.
The Island contains 10 apartments, 8 luxurious bedrooms, terrace apartments and 2penthouse loft on a roof
It also contains 3 vehicle garages, a cinema and a very large swimming pool
